About Us
LUXOLAR is a Polish family business
with over 40 years of tradition.
Our history dates back to 1980, when Jerzy Dziemianowicz founded Huta Szkła Gospodarczego (Household Glassworks) in Gródek, specializing in the production of glass lampshades for chandeliers, mainly in amber color. In 1993, a breakthrough occurred – the company transformed into a plant producing domestic lighting fixtures. Since then, we have been continuously designing and manufacturing lighting fixtures, combining traditional craftsmanship with modern solutions.
Currently, the company is managed by Zbigniew Dziemianowicz, the founder’s son, who continues the family legacy and develops it in line with the spirit of the times. LUXOLAR is still a family business whose strength lies in its people – our team now consists of 19 qualified employees.
As the company grew, it expanded to include a powder coating shop, a metalworking shop, and an automated line for the production of electrical harnesses, allowing us to operate completely independently and with even greater precision.
We specialize in low-volume production, focusing on the highest quality finishes and an individual approach to each retail customer. Our hallmarks are excellent value for money, short lead times, and the extensive knowledge and experience we have accumulated over more than four decades. Today, we are looking to the future.
We focus on expanding our business into foreign markets, especially neighboring countries, and on developing our own sales platform – both B2B and B2C. Our ambition is to continue growing and providing lighting that combines aesthetics, functionality, and durability.
