Withdrawal from the contract

Only consumers have the right to return goods without giving a reason. Returns can be made within 14 calendar days of receiving the shipment. If the last day of this period falls on a weekend or public holiday, the return period is extended to the next business day. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer. Unpacking the product does not result in the loss of the right to return it. The refund will be made within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods at the latest, but usually within 3 business days of the delivery of the shipment to our store. Please secure the product carefully before returning it. We do not accept damaged or cash on delivery shipments. If any of the above conditions are not met, the return may not be accepted. In this case, the goods can be collected in person at our headquarters.
